Teal Finance is a vibrant Mortgage & Finance Broker with a forward thinking culture and professional atmosphere. Our business is proving to be in high demand hence we are expanding our team of CeMAP Qualified Brokers.

Whilst this particular role offers a commission only package, we do also offer a salary plus commission role.

Our Commission-only package starts from 50% per gross fee generated with no admin fees charged, whether the lead came from us or yourself. This also includes placed cases being progressed by our in-house case progressor leaving you to focus only on generating new business with your clients.

We also offer a hybrid package whereby you work from home and earn 60% per gross fee generated. This is on the basis you're covering the costs of your desk, phone and computer yourself. We will still provide you with all the systems for mortgage sourcing and customer case management.

Whether you're looking for commission only or salary plus commission, the main purpose of your role is to advise on and sell mortgage products. You will also be securing new clients to generate business whilst being highly motivated to achieving your targets within a result-driven environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Outbound calls and emails to borrower leads
• Outbound calls and emails to prospective lenders
• Complete fact find and applications with borrower clients
• Package cases for presentation to lenders
• Regular follow up for lending decisions
• Submit new cases to compliance department
• Coordinate with conveyancing dept for successfully placed new cases

The 50% commission package is on the basis you work from our central Norwich offices, with office hours 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. The 60% commission package is on the basis you work from home via our hybrid model.
